"I began working with KDM Consultants, Inc. in 2006 when we decided to do a new advertising campaign. I had worked with another large local advertising agency in the area on my last campaign two years ago, but was disappointed with the lack of creativity and understanding of my product line. Because we were not buying their full services, I felt that my business was not important to them.
